Some people do their job. Peter loves his job. We were actually the buyers on a property that Peter was selling. He was helpful to us from the start even though we were not his clients, giving us suggestions on ways we could update the property. What is amazing about Peter is his commitment to our experience even after the contract was signed. Even though he was working for the seller, he made himself exceedingly available to provide access to the property, contact contractors and other professionals, and advise us as we started to think about our renovation. We have remained in contact after the closing and I feel like I have made a new friend. Peter is a seasoned and savvy broker but, more than anything, he is a decent person who cares about the whole process and everyone involved. If I ever needed to buy or sell in the future, I would hire Peter.
Aran Scott is Phenomenal! When my husband and I decided to sell our apt in Brooklyn, we had met with a few other brokers and none of them really seemed as if they were the right agent for us.
